We have PCA Classes Available

Become a PCA (Personal Care Assistant). We have PCA Classes every couple of weeks in order to certify Caregivers. Our Classes are quick, & efficient. We have Spanish Translators available as well. If you're interested please contact us.

Care Coordination Department

Compassion, Integrity, Respect

Our Care Coordination Department serves as the central point of support for clients, families, and caregivers, ensuring clear communication, timely guidance, and dependable oversight of care services.

Our Care Coordinators support both clients and aides by overseeing care services, addressing concerns, and providing support. Our Coordinators are here to advise, guide & assist.

Caregiver Support & Guidance

Caregivers should contact a Care Coordinator in situations including, but not limited to:

• Changes in a client’s health or condition
• Safety concerns or uncomfortable situations
• Questions about care plans or expectations

• Scheduling challenges or emergencies

• Any issue requiring clarification, support, or reporting

If a concern arises, a caregiver feels uncertain about a situation, we encourage immediate communication with our Care Coordination Department. Our coordinators are available to provide guidance, address concerns, and help resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Open communication strengthens care, protects everyone involved, and ensures the quality our clients deserve.

COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT

Our Compliance Department helps ensure that all care services are delivered responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with regulatory standards. Through oversight, guidance, and accountability, the department supports safe practices that protect clients, caregivers, and the integrity of our agency. The Compliance Team will be reaching out to you to follow up on several matters. They will be updating documentation, ensuring employee physicals are up to date and so forth.
